Drs. Liza Pincus and Molly St. Denis have extensive experience delivering adherent Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to individuals with Borderline Personality Disorder and comorbidities. Their primary area of expertise is in "third wave" cognitive behavioral therapies that emphasize exposure-based interventions for anxiety disorders, OCD, and PTSD, as well as BPD and other emotion regulation difficulties.
Molly and Liza both trained under the mentorship of Dr. Shireen Rizvi, a student of Dr. Marsha Linehan, the DBT treatment developer. Collectively, they have also worked in specialty clinics for anxiety and related disorders, academic medical centers, integrated primary care settings, community mental health centers, and Veterans Affairs medical centers. They are passionate about providing case consultation and support to other therapists and professionals in related fields.

Dr. Liza Pincus specializes in delivering Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), treating PTSD, OCD, and anxiety disorders using exposure-based therapies, treating insomnia using CBT-I, and increasing access to mental healthcare using innovative approaches to therapy and training. Liza has trained and supervised licensed clinicians and doctoral students in DBT. Liza has extensive experience treating adults who meet criteria for Borderline Personality Disorder, as well as adolescents and their families who struggle with emotion regulation difficulties. Liza has been intensively trained in the DBT Prolonged Exposure Protocol for comorbid BPD and PTSD (DBT-PE) by the DBT-PE treatment developer. Liza earned her doctorate in Clinical Psychology from the Graduate School of Applied and Professional Psychology (GSAPP) at Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey and her B.A. in History and Literature from Harvard University.
Dr. Molly St. Denis is currently working at Anxiety Solutions of Denver where she treats adults with anxiety, OCD, and trauma. She specializes in delivering exposure-based treatments including Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). Her training has focused on treating adults with anxiety disorders, depression, OCD and related disorders, and PTSD. In addition to her DBT experience, Molly has been intensively trained in Exposure and Ritual Prevention for OCD as well as Prolonged Exposure for PTSD by the treatment developer, Dr. Edna Foa, at the Center for the Treatment and Study of Anxiety at the University of Pennsylvania. She is also a VA-certified provider in Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) for PTSD. Molly earned her doctorate in Clinical Psychology from the Graduate School of Applied and Professional Psychology (GSAPP) at Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey and her B.A. in English and Political Science with a minor in Gender Studies from Lehigh University.
